WHEN WILL YOU RESTOCK INVENTORY?
All items are on a first come, first serve basis and are printed in limited quantity, so when we are out of a particular size in a design it is highly unlikely that we will restock. This is why we encourage anyone and everyone to purchase items as soon as possible when there is a release.
HOW OFTEN DO YOU RELEASE NEW ITEMS?
We typically set new release items for purchase on or around the 1st and 15th of each month.
RETURN & EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON “SPECIAL DEALS/CLEARANCE” ITEMS. NO RETURNS/EXCHANGES ON ITEMS THAT WERE PREVIOUSLY EXCHANGED. Items that are damaged due to a manufacturing defect can be returned/exchanged within 10 days of receiving item. We deal with returns on a per customer basis so please contact our customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org in regards to this matter.
Military Muscle is NOT responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. The customer is responsible for filing all claims. Military Muscle is not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of USPS, FedEx, and/or UPS.
DELIVERY AND SHIPPING
We currently ship Domestic packages (anywhere in the United States) for $5.00. Our International shipping is currently $25.00 flat rate. YES, we do ship to APO/FPO addresses with the same $5.00 flat rate as all domestic packages.
Delivery takes 3-5 business days inside the States on average. We are not your normal Internet store that gets it to you next day. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase! On occasion a package can take slightly longer depending on the postal service.
Overseas orders take 2–4 weeks, and on rare occasions they may take a little longer when going through customs. Once the package leaves the US, we have no control over how your country handles the package. Please be aware of your country’s international mail policies and/or fees.
